Delivery policy.

Delivery is automatic after payment is confirmed. Your key or access details appear in your order as soon as fulfilment succeeds. If payment confirmation or delivery takes longer, the order shows its current status; if there is still no key 60 minutes after payment, contact support.

Order confirmation email

After payment, the order email contains your order number, status and a link back to your order. It does not include the license key or download links. Check Licenses or Orders in your account for the key and available downloads when ready; timing can vary.

If the order email is missing

Check your spam or junk folder. You can still sign in and open Orders to check the status and access your key when it is ready.

Key missing or not working?

Check Licenses or your order for the current status. If there is still no key 60 minutes after payment, or the key does not work, open a support ticket with your order number.
