Where the keys come from
- We are an independent reseller: we buy keys wholesale from software key suppliers
- Each product page says what you get: the license type, the number of devices, the region and how it activates
- We resell licenses from vetted suppliers and are not the software publisher. We do not control third-party software, supplier systems or publisher activation services. If a license does not work, contact us: we will help troubleshoot and arrange a replacement or refund under our Refund Policy. This does not limit your applicable statutory rights.

Refund policy
- Ask for a refund any time before you reveal your key
- A key that doesn't work is replaced or refunded under our delivery guarantee; a revealed working key isn't refunded for a change of mind
