Use this shared page for telephone activation of Microsoft Office-family desktop products.
Activation steps

Install the exact Microsoft Office, Access, Project, or Visio edition shown in your order and enter the supplied product key.

Open the application, go to File > Account > Activate Product, and choose "I want to activate the software by telephone".

Copy the Installation ID displayed by the Activation Wizard.

Sign in to GetItCheap and open Get Confirmation ID (GetCID): https://www.getitcheap.pro/app/orders?tool=cid

Select the matching order and an available activation token, enter the Installation ID, and request a Confirmation ID.

Return to the Activation Wizard, enter the Confirmation ID, and complete activation.

Confirm that the application reports Activated Product.
Troubleshooting
- The installed product year, edition, platform, and architecture must match the product shown in your order.
- Each purchased unit has its own GetCID activation token; use the token only for the matching key.
- If activation fails, send support the exact product edition and error message. Do not send passwords.
