TechSmith — Software Bundle activation
Use the supplied key only with the product edition and platform shown in your order.
Activation steps
- 1
Camtasia: install and open the software, then select "I have a software key".

Camtasia: enter your name and the supplied key, then confirm activation.

Snagit: install the software and select "Unlock Snagit" when prompted.
- 4
Snagit: enter the supplied key and select "Unlock".
Troubleshooting
- Confirm that the product edition, platform and region match your order.
- If activation still fails, take a screenshot of the exact error message and contact support.
