UkeySoft Video Converter

Convert existing media into a format suited to its playback or editing destination. UkeySoft Video Converter converts video between common formats with presets for iPhone, Android, game consoles and smart TVs, and extracts the soundtrack to MP3, FLAC or WAV. Before converting you can trim, crop, rotate and merge clips, change the speed and add music, effects, a watermark or subtitles. Load an existing media file, choose the output format and review the settings that determine its size and playback characteristics. This can resolve a practical mismatch between a source file and the software or device expected to play it. A short test conversion is useful before committing to a long batch or a large video. Basic editing functions help prepare the material before conversion, such as keeping the relevant portion of a clip. That makes the application useful for straightforward media preparation without presenting it as a full nonlinear production suite. The output should be selected for its intended destination rather than simply choosing the largest available resolution. Conversion cannot recreate detail or audio information already missing from the source. Codec support and available presets depend on the installed release and platform edition, so check those requirements when a file fails to import. Retain the original until the converted copy has been played through and verified.
