Microsoft Windows 11 IoT LTSC 2024 Enterprise

Intended for a defined device workload and a deliberately managed servicing environment. Microsoft Windows 11 IoT LTSC 2024 Enterprise (version 24H2) is Windows 11 Enterprise LTSC licensed for fixed-purpose devices such as kiosks, point-of-sale terminals and industrial PCs. Unlike ordinary Windows 11, TPM 2.0 and Secure Boot are optional and it runs with 2 GB of RAM. Device-lockdown features such as Unified Write Filter, Keyboard Filter, Shell Launcher and Assigned Access are included, and it is supported until 10 October 2034. Its LTSC model keeps the feature baseline stable while the device follows the servicing policy of that release. For a device builder or administrator, this makes application testing, configuration and planned maintenance central to deployment. The Windows environment supplies the application platform and administrative controls around the dedicated workload; the business or industrial application itself remains a separate part of the solution. IoT Enterprise should be selected for its intended fixed-purpose use. The IoT, Enterprise and LTSC identifiers are significant and should match the installation media and licensing arrangement. General Windows Home or Pro media is not interchangeable with this release. Check the intended hardware, application compatibility and exact deployment rights before treating this as a ready-made operating system for a project.
