Adobe Lightroom 5.7

For an established desktop photo library that needs the workflow of this legacy Lightroom release. Adobe Lightroom 5.7 is the last update of the Lightroom 5 desktop generation for organising and developing photographs. It catalogues photos in the Library module, develops RAW and JPEG files non-destructively, and version 5 added the Advanced Healing Brush, the Upright tool for straightening buildings and horizons, the Radial Filter and Smart Previews for editing while the original files are offline. Map, Book, Slideshow, Print and Web modules are included. The catalogue records how photographs are organised and edited while the original image files remain part of your photo library. A shoot can be reviewed, selected and developed into a consistent set of finished photographs. Exposure and colour work belong to the photographic development stage, while export prepares copies for a particular output or sharing purpose. This makes the application useful to someone maintaining an established photography workflow around one of these older releases. The catalogue is not a substitute for backing up the original photos. Keep both the image files and the catalogue when moving an installation. New camera models and modern operating systems are not automatically supported by a legacy Lightroom version. It does not include the current Lightroom cloud service or a Creative Cloud subscription.
