Chaos Intellect 10

Keep correspondence, contact details and business follow-up information together in a desktop workspace. Chaos Intellect 10 combines an HTML e-mail client with contact management. Sent and received e-mail is linked automatically to each contact, alongside appointments with reminder alarms, tasks and a history of dealings. It sends personalised merged messages and scheduled e-mail series from templates, imports from Outlook, Excel, CSV and Access, and several users can share the same data over a network. The email side handles the flow of messages, while the contact-management side helps maintain the people and organizations involved. Using the two together can make it easier to revisit a conversation in context and keep practical business details close to the communications they support. The value is in organizing an ongoing working relationship rather than treating every incoming message as an isolated item. The application still connects to an external mail provider. Its software licence does not supply a mailbox or establish that an older release supports every current provider’s authentication rules. Check the account’s server and sign-in requirements before migrating a working email setup, and preserve existing mail and contact data before changing the installation.
