A user request can then follow the configured process instead of requiring an administrator to rebuild the same environment manually. This is useful where many similar requests need consistent configuration and traceable handling. The automation layer depends on the systems it controls. Endpoint credentials, permissions, networking and resource availability influence whether a deployment can complete, while the request history helps identify where a workflow failed.
