Overview
Consolidate server workloads into virtual machines and manage their compute, storage and network resources. VMware vSphere 7 Enterprise Plus With Add On for Kubernetes combines Enterprise Plus server virtualization with a named Kubernetes add-on. ESXi hosts provide the virtual-machine foundation; vCenter coordinates the environment; the Kubernetes layer is used for Supervisor-based workload management where the required networking and cluster prerequisites have been met. This is relevant to teams that run VM-based services alongside managed container workloads in one vSphere environment. The two layers need separate planning. Enterprise Plus supports vSphere Distributed Switch networking for licensed hosts. A Supervisor cluster has its own licensing and configuration requirements, and Tanzu or Kubernetes licensing varies by product generation. A vSphere host key alone should not be treated as proof that Supervisor workloads can be created, scaled, or upgraded. Before deployment, match the ESXi and vCenter builds, choose a supported Supervisor networking setup, and validate the exact add-on key or solution license. Guest operating systems, storage products and container platform components outside this edition are licensed separately.

Global means we sell this key without a region lock. The publisher can still restrict use in some countries under its own terms.
Lifetime means the license does not expire. It does not mean the publisher still updates or supports this version — that can end earlier.
