Adobe Acrobat Pro 2018

For workflows that require changing and preparing PDFs rather than only reading them. Adobe Acrobat Pro 2018 is Adobe's desktop PDF editor. Edit text and images directly in a PDF, export PDFs to Word, Excel or PowerPoint, turn scanned pages into searchable, editable text with OCR, combine files and reorder pages, create and fill forms and add signatures. The Pro edition adds tools that Standard lacks, such as redaction, comparing two versions of a document and Bates numbering. PDF work often starts with information from several sources: an office document, an existing PDF or a scan. Acrobat Pro provides a workspace for turning that material into an organised document, adjusting its content and preparing it for distribution. Page-management tools are useful when the order or selection of pages needs to change, while conversion lets information be reused outside the finished PDF. It suits document-heavy work where the PDF itself needs attention rather than simply being viewed. This is a desktop Acrobat Pro release. It does not include current Adobe cloud services, AI Assistant or upgrades to later Acrobat versions. Check that your version of Windows is supported before installing, and keep your licence details with your order in case you need to reinstall.
