Corel PDF Fusion

For assembling and preparing PDFs from existing documents without rebuilding every source file. Corel PDF Fusion is a PDF creator and editor that opens more than 100 file types, including Microsoft Office documents and images, even without the program that created them. In Assembly View you combine pages from several files into one PDF, and you can add text, bookmarks, comments and watermarks, then save as PDF, PDF/A, XPS or DOC, also in batches or through its virtual printer. Document assembly is useful when information arrives as several files but needs to be delivered as one organised PDF. You can work on the page sequence, combine relevant material and add basic annotations so that the final document is easier to follow. Conversion provides a route from supported source formats into that PDF workflow. Typical uses include preparing a set of reference documents or putting the pages needed for a presentation into a deliberate order. PDF Fusion is a legacy document-assembly and conversion product. It should not be assumed to include the entire feature set of a modern high-end PDF editor, cloud service or OCR package. Check the source formats you depend on and inspect converted pages for layout or font changes. Keep the original files so that a more substantial content revision can be made in the appropriate source application.
