HY-Plugins HY-Filter 3

Add filter movement and tonal character to an audio track. HY-Plugins HY-Filter 3 is a creative filter effect plug-in with several filter modes and modulation options. It shapes the frequency content and movement of incoming audio, with additional effects for building evolving tones and textures. Insert the filter into an audio signal path and choose the mode that produces the desired tonal response. Moving the cutoff or resonance changes which parts of the sound are emphasized, while different filter structures can make the same source feel restrained, resonant or more vocal in character. Modulation turns a fixed tone adjustment into an evolving effect. A repeating control shape or input-responsive movement can animate a sustained sound or add motion to rhythmic material. The additional effects provide further shaping around the filtering stage, allowing a more complete texture to be developed inside the plug-in. HY-Filter 3 processes existing audio rather than generating MIDI notes or acting as a standalone synthesizer. Start with a conservative output level while experimenting with resonance and drive. Check that the host recognizes the correct plug-in format and that the full edition is registered before expecting functions absent from the free version.
