Overview
Apply different effects to low, mid and high frequency bands within one plug-in. HY-Plugins HY-MBMFX 2 splits incoming audio into three frequency bands for separate effect processing. Each band can use its own effect chain, with modulation controls for making the processing respond or change over time. The three-band structure lets you treat different parts of a source independently. For example, the low-frequency portion can remain comparatively stable while the upper bands receive more obvious movement or coloration. This gives more selective control than sending the complete signal through one undivided effect chain. Within each band, the effect order influences the result because one processor changes the signal arriving at the next. Modulation adds variation to selected parameters, making the plug-in useful for evolving textures as well as conventional mixing adjustments. Compare the combined output with the original to judge whether the separate changes still work together musically. This is a multiband audio effect and requires incoming sound from a compatible host. Band boundaries, effect intensity and output level need to be considered together. The named MBMFX 2 generation should not be confused with later MBMFX releases or the reduced free edition when checking compatibility and available modules.

Lifetime means the license does not expire. It does not mean the publisher still updates or supports this version — that can end earlier.
